Huh, I never even considered looking into tele groups. Fair enough though, you're just about the only person around here whose word I'd trust on the matter.
Tele gram, its kind of like whatsapp but less regulated and unsafe. You use tele (For purposes like this) long enough and you're gonna get fucked hard sooner or later probably sooner.
